Tire Lettering:
The DecalPRO system does a good job of making Tire Decals. Here is an American Racer and the Super-Trick "Racer Fred", on an American SATCO rubber tire.

Here are a few more of the projects I've been playing around with:

Here's a File Mile Point car from my youth,
driven by Bobby Russell, which was powered by a MOPAR Slant 6 engine.

The "Bob" lettering over the number is only 1/8" high, and yet is quite clear.

These "Circus-style" numbers will eventually be white.

Another File Mile Point car, this one was driven by Don Yeingst.

The son of the orginal owner runs a replica of this car in Vintage races in NY State.

as they appeared on his 39 Ford "Little Coupe"
DecalPRO Chrome Foil decals to replace the ones that come with the Troyer Pinto. They are shiny, but not as reflective as I'd like. I think that lettering made like this will be OK. I've got another technique for making the foil numbers that I'll post in the future.
