Water Slide Decals at Home Using

Step 6: Coat The Image
Here's the trick that makes water-slide
decals work with DecalPRO:
| I found a small bottle of Microscale
"Liquid Decal Film", which I had bought for the purpose of trying to salvage
some old decals. With a soft brush, flow on an even coat of this
liquid. I've found that holding it up to a window lets me check the reflection
off the liquid, so I make sure that my image is covered completely. |
|
Allow to dry. Our electric stove
has an oven vent that dumps hot air onto the top of the stove,
so I put the wet print right
there. Takes about 15 minutes to dry.
Then put another coat on, and
let that dry.
You decals are now ready to go!
